I love the way my EV3 performs, it’s a great little car except for all the warnings. Yes I turn of the speed warning bong everytime, I have managed to fool the Eye of Sauron into thinking I am watching it full time and a piece of black tape stops the speed and obstacle light from flashing at me all the time. If it were accurate I wouldn’t worry but it tells me of the roundabout after I am through it and the speed occasionally matches what it actually is in that area.
Everytime there is a change of speed sign, real or imaginary, it goes bing, yes I can go through layers of menu to turn it off that once but it returns. My issue is for me to drive to town and back, all 50kph restricted, it will bing for the 10kph carpark off the side, bing back to 50, then 80kph because it saw something somewhere then bing back to 50, even managed 110kph suggestion past the local shops. There must be a software adjust to shut it up?
