They will try to get you some dealer add on - you success on getting rid of that depends on your negotiation skills unless you are OK with dealer add on.

I bought a Wind with Tech Pkg from Dublin Kia for 60k the car was 53k +1.5k for the paint protect, so tax and other gov fees were 5.5k. There is a $750 point of sale rebate from the state.
