STOP. Don’t be talking about getting sequential turn signals. It’s just not fair!Hi folks I know the US and Canadian specs are similar but I do recall that we were actually getting sequential rear indicators off the chrome accents, but do we know what the front headlights are? Are they matrix or are they LED reflector can anyone shed some light on that?
The suspense is killing me!
Sorry my friend. I have to be honest. I thought we had the same spec as Y'all. When I re-re-re-reviewed some of the stuff we have be shown before, we may be in luck for some Euro spec options. HOWEVER, I have been disappointed before by spec sheets info being better than actual Canadian delivery. So we may be all in the dark until we sit in our actual VIN'd driver seat. My last Kia order (a Sportage) was missing a few items that were listed on the spec sheet AND the VIN spec sheet.STOP. Don’t be talking about getting sequential turn signals. It’s just not fair!
You must be from southern CanadaI thought we had the same spec as Y'all.
Yes, but I lived in the US for 5 years for college eh.You must be from southern Canada![]()
Even if they turn out not being sequential, as long as they're amber and in that area, I'm fine with it. It seems like a waste of a design element to go with red indicators like they did in the US.Not sure about sequential turn signals, but it does appear we're getting the translucent chrome rear turn signals. This is from the Canadian SellSheet. (Note: it does say "International model shown" in the lower left, but given there's a big callout to the turn signal design I'd expect we're getting this in Canada).

NRCAN requires manufacturers to test to specifications and submit results. So this means that Kia has tested to Canadian test standards, submitted to Natural Resources Canada, and NRCAN has gone through whatever internal process they have to validate & publish these results.Interesting, seems consistent with other reports I have seen, specifically InsideEVs. I wonder though, does NRCAN publish these based on their own testing results/3rd party testing on their behalf, or do they accept specs at face value that are provided by manufacturers?
Ohh. I must’ve forgotten. Thanks! They're both from the same doc
I'm a member of a worldwide Kia EV6 Group and a user claims this is from a Canadian Dealer and posted these images.
MFR headlights - the Matrix LEDs from the Asian and European spec models are still not government mandated and approved in North America.Does anyone know what type of headlights we are getting not the gt-Line package 2? reflector or projector?
anyone know what the hitch looks like yet?
