I started a charge at an EA station for the first time with ev9. Started at 51% to get to about 70% to make it home. It started at 120kw for about a minute then dropped to 78kw for the remainder of the charge. Brand new 350kw station. Is that normal???

Depends on a lot of factors (including temperature), but that is well below what the EV9 is capable of. Did you precondition?

Preconditioning may have been a factor. Short 4 mile drive to charger. I assumed with it being 60 out I wouldn't need to Precondition. I attributed it to EA stations being weird but wanted to know if this was normal. Maybe I should've Preconditioned

60 is too cold for optimum charging speed. You can tell if the battery temp is low in the EV screen.
