Maybe use an air can to see if there is anything stuck back there.

The local dealership have looked at it today while applying the 3 outstanding updates and have ordered new door handle motor. I've got to go back when the part arrives.

Problems

So I collected my EV6 in Sussex on Wednesday. Within an hour, I could not power it down or lock it. Managed to get it to the dealer - software upgrade. Take it home alarm keeps going off. Next day drivers door won't open not from outside or inside. Alarm still keeps going off. Take it back to...

Mine is just the external door handle mechanism not the door locking mechanism. They definitely said it would be about a week.

Did you get this taken care of? Mines not clunky or anything, works great, but does have a slight fart noise almost like something is dry and not lubed properly.

Same issue here. Sounds like some rubber gasket rubbing that needs lube or got folded over internally or something. Doesn't sound like a motor issue. I'm hesitant to take it in for service though. I don't want them playing whack a mole guessing how to fix it.
