Delivery delays Europe/Sweden

Hi everyone, I was promised delivery of my EV6 GT Line AWD in April but have now been contacted by the dealership that the car is now delayed until the latter part of June and his own statement is that there will probably be a further postponement of delivery.

Has anyone else also received this message? And does anyone have any further information on what this is due to?

I ordered mine about 3 weeks ago, expecting delivery in 3 weeks. Dealer has confirmed that it arrives in Sweden next week and then they expect it to take roughly 2 weeks for it to get to their lot.

My dealer said my EV6 is in the port, but is delayed due to a priority on all cars losing the 70 k government support 1st july.

It's delayed due to being a priority? The 70K SEK government support isn't lost at July 1st, it's lost 2023. The thing changing July 1st is the taxation benefits of having a company car.

The company working with gettings cars ready to be send to dealers are prioritizing cars losing the govertment supports = PHEV and cars above 700 TSEK. My EV6 is not affected, therefore not prioritized. This is what I was told anyway.

Ah, that makes sense, although it does sound like it might suck for me if cars above 700k SEK does indeed lose the government support, got any link to it? BEcause my car isn't expected to land in Sweden before next week and it cost 709k SEK lol...

additional accessories does not count. which means standard model price matters. You can check your car price from swedish tax agency’s new car list
only Ev6 GT is above 700k sek not GT line

Ah, well, lucky I guess, the final price after some reducing of the price from the dealer ended up at around 684k I think. And the 709k price was with winter tyres. Thanks!

Good news from my dealer. Ordered beginning March 22, told 30 weeks. Then told "2023". They've just called and said September 22, which by my reckoning will be 2-4 weeks earlier than the original estimate at time of order 😀 Thanks to whoever just cancelled a Runway Red GT-Line RWD with Heat Pump!!

What a beauty. Mine just arrived to Sweden so waiting for the dealership to get it now. Hopefully they'll get it during this week... I'm also getting a GT Line AWD Aurora Black Pearl, so I'm guessing these are from the same batch :)

Update, just been phoned by my dealer and told delivery is now early September - and I have a VIN yay! here's hoping others have the same experience.
