I presume you accidentally toggled the LCD Display to the Driver Attention Warning screen. Here's the (US) manual page on how to toggle the display to different modes using the controls on the steering wheel.

New EV9 driver here (bought 6 days ago). I just took it on my first road trip, about 400 miles. I have not had time to familiarize myself with everything yet, and I got the "Coffee cup / maybe take a break" indicator about 90% of the way up. I figured it was just because I had been driving for 6 hours. Now I see there are multiple factors involved with this "driver attention score" thing. I was definitely using lane assist during some long stretches, and it one point it told me to put my hands on the wheel! I laughed.

I've carped about the blinding irony of this a few times. Not only will it nag you to hold on to the wheel but it'll eventually disengage if you don't grab the wheel. And you can't just lightly hook a couple of fingers on the wheel and let it slide along. If the wheel doesn't detect periodic (10 or 15 seconds?) active engagement on your part, it'll nag you.

What does active engagement look like? Well, to me and my unsophisticated simple country ways, that means steering input. You know, the kind of input we'd normally have to do on a car without any assist features.

I've tried LKA and don't like it. The car rides too close to other vehicles (esp to those on the right) and it meanders left and right in the lane (well-marked, straight interstate lane) which totally telegraphs that I'm playing with my phone or intoxicated. No thanks.

(end snark)

I don't even bother with enabling/turning on LKA but I do use LFA on open stretches of highway (and sometimes even when driving on multi-lane non-highway roads where speed limits allow for its activation (>40 mph)) when I need to relax/stretch my arms and legs a bit--and yes I am still actively paying attention to my surroundings even when LFA is active.
