Hello. I recently purchased an ev3 with a heat pump. How do I know if it is on or off? Or is it all automatic? Thanks.

Only thing I can find is on a label under bonnet listing refrigerant capacity
If it reads 850 +25 then heat pump fitted if it displays 750 + 25 then no hp
I agree it's not very clear and certainly no indication on display when it is operational

Just checked label under bonnet it shows capacity of coolant 850 +25 and I know it has hp fitted as I can see additional coolant pipe feeding hp which can be seen when you remove the battery cover. There is also a pink cable feeding a junction block which other posts indicate the presence of a hp. I cannot find any display on dashboard to indicate hp is actually operating

I have spoken with kia cornwall today and service dept state it is fully automatic
I think it's a shame that there is no indication on dashboard that it is operating
