Regarding OTA updates. Can @AutobahnZZ or other Canadian owners report what you see under Setup/General/Software Info/Updates (and whether you have received any updates or not)? On that screen in the "OTA Update" section I see "Not available (Kia Connect Extra Services Not Active)". All my other Kia Connect stuff is working fine (mobile app, weather, etc). I confirmed with Kia that my Kia Connect is set up fine and the agent didn't know anything about that screen.

Just wondering if I won't be getting any OTA updates... Got the car a week ago. It shows last update 2024-01-30, Software Version MV1.CAN.ccNC.001.001.231206 and Firmware Version MV1.CAN.113.230811.
I am in the situation. I even asked the dealer to apply the charging pad and ICCU (Water pump) updates before delivery, but they didn't. I am about to go on a road trip and I would like to be able to use hotel L2 AC chargers, but I am not sure that's a wise thing to do until I have the update.

So you have the same message under OTA updates?

I'm not sure what updates I may or may not have installed as I suspect the last update install date may only apply to the infotainment system and not lower level component firmwares. I assumed they would have applied all available updates when they PDI'd my vehicle early last week but maybe that's optimistic thinking.

If you're concerned about iccu overheating on a public charger it looks like you can limit the charging current on the car itself. Under EV/AC charger you can set a charging current limit (60%, 90%, 100%).

But yes I share your concerns. I'm also leaving for a road trip and I previously had an EV6 on which the iccu failed...
Yes, same message. I wish I could just download the update and apply. It's clear from the interface that you can, if you can find the update file.
