Experience with the drawtite/uhaul hitch?

Hi Everyone!
Because of the price, I'm 90% sure I'm getting the drawtite hitch from Uhaul installed. I'm curious though, if anyone noticed any changes to their driving experience once they had it installed. I'm concerned about any noise change, dirt, and stuff getting into the hole cut because of the hitch.

I will probably get it either way. It's just so much cheaper than the stealth hitch where you also have a hole and things hanging down that may create noise. Plus, I've realized that I care less about aesthetics than maybe others in our community - I teach High School and Middle School, and the kids all think that the drawtite looks, "fire". So at least I will look ok to teenagers (I joke).

I'm curious if people noticed anything. Thanks in advance!

im actually getting it installed next week... we'll see how it goes.
I have had the Draw-Tite hitch for a few months and use it with a bike carrier and hitch cargo carrier without any problems. I have road tripped 800+ miles with and there are no noises. I will be installing the OEM hitch wiring harness next week to do some light towing and to add lights to my cargo carrier. I have not removed the under carriage panels to see if any debris is in there but I doubt there is much, if any, because the opening is small.
Doesn't fit EV6 GTLine unless you modify the bumper.
Have it on my wind and use it to tow about a 3k lbs 7x12 cargo trailer. That load is a bit heavy for the car's suspension, but the hitch works great.

Thank you so much for this info! This is exactly what I was hoping to hear!

Curious: did you install it or take it somewhere. If so, how much did you pay? Realistically, no way I can do it with two small kids interrupting me every 30 minutes.

Have it installed by Uhaul. They sell the Draw-Tite hitch for the EV6 and at a price lower than I could find on the web. It was $234.95 at my local Uhaul and they installed it for $68. They finished product looks very professional. This is the 3rd hitch Uhaul has installed on my vehicles and all were done very well.

Is the same true for the GT I assume? If so, if the factory option the best bet?
Check the inside bumper of the bottom light, if you see the air hole, you could trim little it so it doesn't hit the hitch or try to use other option.
