If anyone in the US had a good contact at Kia regarding the FE Charger gift please let me know.
My dealership is no help, I’ve called Kia customer service twice, also no help.
I’ve even contacted ChargePoint and the company that is supposedly shipping the charger but no help.
I just want to talk to someone at Kia US that has some knowledge and accountability for this egregious process that they set up to get your Charger.
Right now I’m clueless as to when and if I’ll ever get mine.

First Edition Home Charger - Delivery Updates?

Hi FE buyers - has anyone received an official update or communication on when to expect their charger? I think I saw someone on Reddit was sent an email. I haven't received anything, and don't trust my dealer to be on top of it. Public charge and home-trickle is not ideal.

Dealer should have submitted the "paperwork" to the Kia Fulfillment Center to get your free charger gift processed; once they do that you should have then received an email from Kia Fulfillment acknowledging receipt of your free charger request, along with instructions for submitting your shipping address info and which type of outlet you plan to plug the charger into. Once you email that info back to them you should then receive another email from them acknowledging that they have received your info and that they will eventually send you another email with tracking info once the charger is shipped.
