Hi, will be trading my Jeep Wrangler in for an EV9. I'm aware of the GT-Line rear end porpoising suspension issue, is this also an issue on the GT model? I will be going for the Land Premium or GT if it's safe from suspension problems.

yes but there is also a GT model above the GT-Line trim. we can choose the Land and add the GT-Line package or opt for the more expensive/more upgrades GT
We have the 2024 AWD Land US version with tow package and self-leveling rear suspension and have never experienced a porpoising issue. It's quite solid, no matter the terrain.
Self-leveling has no bearing on the porpoising issue, it is only a change in shock absorber part number and a few other bolts/spacers/etc.. There is no air pump or other associated equipment with it. Totally passive.
The porpoising is caused by poor factory alignments. The GT is probably susceptible to this as well, if it comes with a botched rear alignment like so many of these cars do.
that’s interesting, in my search i didn’t see any Land with plus/premium package with the issue. i guess the GT-Line is back on the radar and maybe have the dealer do an alignment.
