Hello everyone,
My name is Harold. I’m living in the Netherlands. And I’m following this Kiaevforum for a few time. After months of waiting I finally got my GT line RWD last Friday delivered. And what a fantastic car it is. It will take a while before I found out all the features of this car. But this forum helps me with that.

Curious as to how accurate the delivery estimates were for your vehicle?

Asking for folks here in Canada/North America as it seems like we are getting everything here last

The timeline was as follows.
I’ve made a pre reservation on the Kia site in April. At that time the car would probably be delivered in September.
I ordered the car in May ( AWD). Changed it in August to RWD because of delivery problems at Kia.
Early October he was (2 weeks earlier than expected) delivered at the port of Rotterdam. End of October he was handed over to me.

I feel you. It’s honestly so frustrating and I’ve contemplated just putting down a deposit for a model 3 given the December delivery estimates they have up here in Canada.

To be fair, they’ve been waiting since Mar or May since they out deposits down. Our pre-order books opened two weeks ago.

Ordered mine (Netherlands) 2 weeks ago (private) GT-line in red and it will arrive most likely first week or March 2022.
Can't wait to get it...

I have the moonscape matte colour. Seems that the dutchies are Lucky with the deliverydates)

sounds like these folks just placed orders and are getting them earlier or at least have a delivery estimate in place.

Hi guys, sorry my post wasn't to make fun of the waiting time in Canada and Usa. I am just so happy since i expected delivery in the 4th quarter of 2022. I see my contactperson on the 25th of November to settle the insurance and the nescessary alarm (demanded by insurancecompany). I will ask him why i can get a GT in March and most sites and carreviewers state that delivery will be in the 4th quarter of 2022. Keep you informed!

No offence taken It’s hard to absorb intent and emotion through text. I think we’re just trying to gauge what others around the world have experienced with the acquisition process, because here in North America we’ve got little to no info.

Hoping that will change soon!
