Interestingly, the LCT and stamp duty are closer to correct (but still wrong) if I plug in the RRP value instead of what the dealer has charged me. It's almost like they created the invoice and then slapped on an extra thousand to the vehicle price without recalculating the other charges.

No time estimate yet.
The dealer did give me a print out that indicated eta to dealer was 25/04/2023 but he was not confident of that date.

I also could not locked down the price on my purchase contract. Everything was TBA with sale subject to price and test drive.
.
So we will just have to wait and see.

I have a contact at the Mandurah dealer as well as John Hughes, so should be able to haggle between them. (might loose my deposit though?)

Yes, I've already suffered thru one forced price rise, and multiple ETAs, but the lights at the end of the tunnel (I believe ?) and hoping for mid to late April now. I think Kia would be extremely brave to further raise prices. So I think you'll be OK, and if their estimations hold true, you'll be driving yours around the same time as mine !!! (y):)

Ooh, thanks for alerting me to that, Dave!
I checked the price online for mine. Note that my dealer is asking $116,000. I'll be arming myself with the info below when I talk to them tomorrow.
