Hi - in other vehicle forums - like Jeep Wrangler - there was representation from jeep in the forum. They would help answer questions and DM with folks who where having issues.

Used to be but not any more, think they are too scared of the issues and problems and have not been seen for months,

Wow really? I was always wondering why car manufacturers didn't join these forums to learn what improvements need to be made to their cars so they could get ahead of the issues. Was it just one Kia rep?
