My connect subscription ended in September. I called Kia to see if they would offer a discount code. They told me no one gets one except a hand selected few. They have no way of knowing which client will receive one. I told them that I thought it was incredibly unprofessional to now offer something to anyone who calls in and is willing to GIVE THEM MONEY, to not offer something. I spent 55K on my car, cash. And still NO love from them. I am fed up. I have searched everywhere for something relating to a discount code, but it feels as if it's similar to top government secrets.
