Kia Connect is not synching with car

Our Kia Connect is not synching with the EV9. The warning on the application is gone. I have reset the entertainment system and even reconfigured the modem but the application is still not connecting.

We do not have any remote access. I have called and spent over an hour on hold. I have put a ticket in on Kia Care...nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions?
I was told by the dealer after an appointment a year ago that I should give it a week for the app and car get back in sync. It worked, and it's worked after service since then. I suspect that the Kia app is synced world-wide from Korea, and that slows everything down. Just a guess...
 
I pulled the fuse for 30 seconds and was reconnected.

Now for a related issue. The EV9 was in for it's first 8000 mile service a couple days ago. The 3 recall updates were performed (blank cluster, remote parking and seat bolts). I have high confidence that they were done properly (Seelye Kia in Kalamazoo Michigan).

Kia Connect still shows the 3 recalls. How long does it take for those notifications to be deleted from the system? The seat bolts recall isn't related to a software update so the system couldn't possibly know if its complete. Does it just take a while for the fix "paperwork" to work its way through Kia's system?
Yes. I got our EV9 in Dec. 24 and dealer told me after some service adjustments to wait a few days or a week and Kia then clears up. That works. However, other posts here talk about pulling a fuse and reinserting it which cleans up almost immediately. I think nagging blips that seems to happen has to do with the software - logic glitches buried in the code.
