Had ours 7 months and it’s been a drag. Two recalls, customer support terrible, the software is atrocious. Guts of the car seem fine. Like the roominess and drive. But would 100% never buy another Kia, let alone an EV9 again.

not sure what 'recalls' you are referring to, or why you would 'need' customer support... 18,000 miles on ours after this weekend, and loved every minute of it... Software is also a personal preference, as we don't really have any issues with it, but some others rely more on it than we do... my phone does more than most cars, anyway... LOVE the automated 'driving' / 'steering' / etc., makes driving long-distance a smooth dream.

I always think it's harsh to make negative comments about a vehicle, as a whole, as most of us have no issues you refer to...

Not aware of the recall where the center cluster screen goes dark showing no speed, turn signal SOC, etc? Well we have that. Not aware of the one where you can’t shift out of neutral? That too.

Wouldhave appreciated customer support to assist in resolving these recalls immediately with OTA but no one had a clue how to do it. And service center is making us wait a month to get fixed. Both critical safety issues.
Glad you’re happy with yours but please understand why I might think and the entire Kia experience is a POS.
