Losing settings between drives

I'm having an issue where my EV6 doesn't remember certain settings between uses. My Android Auto / Split Screen setting is getting reset to off everytime I get in the car as does the heated seats and heated steering wheel settings defaulting to off. Is this normal and if so... Why? It's sort of frustrating
