Please disconnect the 12V battery terminals for a few minutes and then reconnect them.
If the issue persists, it is likely due to a module CAN bus traffic issue that will require professional attention.
Soft reboot is only for 2nd screen.
Main screen can experience this bug after OTA updates in the background or not sticking PDI settings before getting to sales floor.

Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) involves inspecting and configuring the system to meet the requirements of the intended market. This includes removing the system from its transport settings and ensuring that it is ready for use.
This can sometimes not stick as required if tech is not following instructions on the factory scanner.

It is irrelevant whether you spend $70,000 or exceed $100,000.

Just experienced the identical issue with heads up display, speed, turn signals main screen went TOTALLY black on me yesterday while running errands! It was/is frightening. Fortunately, I had a KIA dealership on my way home, so pulled in….Parts Department was closed (Saturday) and Service had closed however a nice young man was there working in the back on his own car (off hours) and said he’d try to help :)

He came out to the car, I shared with him it was fine that I had stopped at a stored for 10 minutes, came out, started the car and NOTHING….Black screen! He shared with me that he is not EV Certified however, offered to call the person at the dealership that was off work and it was very cool this person answered his call and walked him through what to do….thank goodness, it worked! However, the certified tech said I should call service and have them order a new board screen and it would be covered under warranty. So….Tuesday, after Labor Day, I will do just that.

In the meantime, it’s pretty alarming to spend almost $70K on a brand new car and have this happen!!! I hope to bring back good news when it’s replaced.
Any mass-produced mainstream vehicle will encounter issues with the initial and subsequent model updates.
If you seek the utmost reliability for your investment, consider limited-production vehicles typically priced between $100,000 and $350,000.
Furthermore, in the realm of electric vehicle production, no manufacturer is immune to imperfections, including German and other renowned manufacturers. They all experience challenges during the first one to three years of production.

I recommend reporting the vehicle issue and requesting documentation of the incident. Furthermore, I suggest retaining the service ticket for future reference.
Additionally, it would be advisable to schedule an appointment with the service department when a senior technician or engineer is available to conduct a more thorough diagnosis, should the local technicians be unable to identify the root cause of the issue.
Who knows maybe I finish taking a look at your vehicle.
@EV- Technician Great call on the battery. I disconnected the negative terminal for 15 minutes, reconnected, and it's working fine now.
