Hello all. I have been using the Kia Access app with no issues for a couple of weeks now. I had my wife create an account and added her as as a secondary driver. She has been able to use the Kia Access app on her phone with her login but we've seen that she is not getting any of the notifications related to the doors being unlocked that I am getting. If she issues a remote command to the car, she does get notifications when the command completes. We've checked her app/notification settings and they are identical to mine. Are the notifications related to the state of the car only sent to the primary driver? Has anyone observed behavior that differs from what we're seeing? Thanks.

I've had the same issue and Kia support was not helpful. I ended up just having both me and my wife login using the primary account. That solved the issue for us.
Secondary driver appears to be a new feature, so I can see why this might be an issue. How are the both of you solving the "one person logs in, the other gets logged out" problem with sharing one account then? That was what prevented me/my wife from using it that way last year.
Instead of using the Secondary Driver feature/option, perhaps try this method (you might want to delete the Secondary Driver profile before attempting this):

After downloading the Kia Access app, the second driver has to register an account with Kia.
When Kia asks second driver to input VIN, click skip
First driver then opens Kia Access app and clicks [ … MORE], [Manage all vehicles], [Additional Drivers], [Add Driver]
Input second driver’s email address that was just registered; agree to all sharing
Second driver will see a button appear in app to accept sharing.
It will display “Link in Progress” in second driver’s app, even after stating link confirmed in first driver’s app. This remains even after second driver’s app and phone have been restarted.
Second driver opens app, logs out of app, then logs back in. “Link Confirmed” Both drivers now have app access to the EV6.

Try doing that and see if it allows for both drivers to receive notifications. I did read where OP indicated that his wife did create her own account but may want to see if she did the second step (skip the input VIN request). Note that this method does not require you to use/set up the "Add Secondary Driver" feature in the Kia Access app.

And my wife is still listed under secondary driver in the app.
2nd driver can't even use some important features as well... like when I try to request 360 snapshot... it would tell me it did it but it actually doesn't do anything. Only the main driver can save the 360 photos..
