Help me understand this, please, because my instincts tell me that regen braking would help with traction. Like downshifting in a manual shift instead of free-wheeling or actual braking. I guess I don't really know what regen braking is!

I think it locks out regen and engages the front clutch so the front wheels are always available for stability control
I think your intuition is right, it's just a question of how that works in practice.Help me understand this, please, because my instincts tell me that regen braking would help with traction. Thanks they have two incoming; rwd. I will keep an eye on the siteCheck out Ontario Kia I got my car last Tuesday at MSRP
I went into Alhambra first, when I was taking a deeper look into the ev6.How's Alhambra with mark Ups?
Kia in IrvineHi everyone I'm knew to the forum and thinking of getting kia ev6 Wind
Any dealers that you guys mY know?
Or if is out of state do they deliver to orange county? If order?
+1 to this. HB Kia tried selling me a 10k markup and when I told them Irvine Kia was not marking up they told me it was BS. I really felt like sending them my cost breakdown and final paperwork after I drove out with the new EV6KIA IN HB is one of the worst dealerships. I wouldn’t buy there. I bought mine at Kia Irvine
I have been looking at Kia of Irvine lately too. Did you do a special order with them? Do you have a sales rep you worked with? As it seems like you got a great deal. Thanks.Kia in Irvine
Paid MSRP for the Glacier White Wind RWD
Came with a Level 1 charger, a Level 2 Chargepoint 50A Charger and some other smaller things.
No markup
Oh also got a military discount rebate to lower the cost by about $400
I put a 2k hold deposit on a car he had coming in that he also had a delivery date on. It was only 3-4 day wait. It was specifically for the glacier white one that I wanted.I have been looking at Kia of Irvine lately too. Did you do a special order with them? Do you have a sales rep you worked with? Seems too good to be true when I went to Irvine they were 6K over asking and no mention of a charger. I’ve never heard of a dealer giving out chargers. I bought the same charger for $600 on Amazon. Regardless I got my EV 6 GT RWD at Kia Ontario 1.5k over MSRPI have been looking at Kia of Irvine lately too. Did you do a special order with them? Do you have a sales rep you worked with? I laughed at that one. Although it could need coolant or brake fluid changeLet us know how that complimentary first oil change goes...![]()
Brake fluid is absolutely an oil, don't let them tell you ANY different when you show up for a free flush in 24mo.I laughed at that one. Although it could need coolant or brake fluid change

Wow wish I got your deal. Will try Kia Irvine next time.I might also add that I walked into the dealer as a serious buyer, told Mo that I would 100% move forward with a sale if I don't pay the markup and I left the dealer with a 2k deposit on an incoming vehicle.
He did let me know that if you pre-order on the website, since the systems add a markup on their website, you will be charged that. If you buy in the dealer, they can work a deal without the markup. Prior to this, I went to Huntington Beach where i was told there was a $4995 markup.
All accessories (level 2 + level 1) charger should happen during finance manager getting the loan or lease approval. That's the ideal time to negotiate since they know you are a serious buyer and approved.
I received a $400 Military Credit (As I'm a veteran) and asked to have the level 2 included in the package. They gave me a level 1 for the wait. This dealer also got authorized to order from other sources (as long as it was the same Chargepoint Flex Charger) and they ordered me the Level 2 from Amazon i believe. Got it 3 days later.
Also was given a $300 credit to use on random things in the parts store. It's all in the negotiations my friend
