- I spoke with Kia technical support. They experience the same problems I've had. They suggested I keep trying.
- For the first few hours the website would not allow me to select a dealership, a required part of the pre-ordering.
- Later, the website allowed me to complete that section and finally select "Reserve Now with Your Payment."
- Alas the next screen always says,
- The punctuation and capitalization errors are consistent.
- I just left the local Kia dealership. The person who helped me, his manager, and the district manager we're all unable to place a pre-order.
- Has anyone had any luck pre-ordering?
- Does anyone have any suggestions?
