I have not seen or heard when we can order a GT6 and as my lease terminates on 12/13/22. I don't want to wait so long that i would have to get a rental. Thanks.

The GT will be the last of the EV6 line to come out, should be late 2022 to early 2023 based on info provided. If things get better with the chip situation, it might be sooner. However, no one can say for sure at this juncture.
I spoke with the manager at my local KIA dealer today and she said they will eventually be notified of when there is incoming EV6 stock on the way and will be able to take orders for the EV6 and EV6-GT. Once they are able to do that, you'd go down to the dealer and put in an order based on what was available in that incoming stock. They advised me to check back with them month-to-month to see if they received that notification. They said it would likely be mid to late 2022 before they expected this to happen (probably longer for the GT). If anyone has heard differently, I would be interested in hearing what other method there is to securing one of the first EV6-GT's released in North America. I would assume that if someone wanted to factory order specific color combinations and features the process would take even longer since it would have to be fulfilled from the factory in Korea and delivered by cargo ship+car transport truck.. which takes months.

I believe that the GT won't be orderable for a while. What will probably happen is that they will distribut 400 or so GT's to the dealer network and it's just first come, first served.

This is how a lot of other models have operated like the Stinger and K5.
I see several people mentioning GT on the reservation tracker thread. What does that mean? How is it possible to reserve a GT model when the orders are not even open? My local dealership SA told me that he has no information about GT trim at the moment.

Hi EV6 Forum members.
I'm new member from Wollongong Australia I have got the EV6 GT AWD Its a great car I had it for over six weeks now.I had minor issues with the Fast charging by ChargeFox it would always stop and say remove nozzle I contacted Kia Australia and the dealer I was told that it will be around 5weeks before someone can look at the problem,Not Happy.Lucky I found a youtube video someone had a similar issues he disconnected the battery this reset the charge module all ok now.
I prefer to have a full size spare guess what Kia has no spare tyres for sale in Australia,I did get a price for a the same wheel I was quote around $1220 for one.looks like I will be getting 5 New wheels from Tempe Tyres soon.
I had a Kia Stinger before it handle better and was faster then this EV6 GT Line AWD.

I will be upgrading soon I have placed a deposit on the GT I was told might arrive in Australia late 2022 or early 2023 The price I was told it will be around 115K-125k for Australian buyers.

I got a dongle for Apple Carplay works well.

I also have issues with the front seats not as good as the Stinger GT.I just hope that the GT version is as good as the Stinger.

All the best Giorgio
