TOTALLY Agree with Dscoti. If you never take long trips, you can probably get by, but the extra parameters in ABRP for altitude, traffic, real time weather, extra cargo, battery degradation and more make it much accurate and instills considerably more confidence (and paranoia reduction) than the native KIA software.

Thanks Hodor. My take-away - wait for the official Kia NAV update release, which will hopefully include route planning. I've lobbied Kia Care several times in the past to have engineers program a robust route planning feature for us, so it's interesting to see that Ioniq 6 development is in the works.

Probably the single biggest miss on the GMP platform when we get down to it. Route planning for an EV is almost manditory, specially at this price range.

If I could literally only get one thing "fixed" with my gt, it would be route planning. Over power seats, memory, cooled seats, range, etc.

Well, let's keep all those things AND have route planning thrown in. It's essential, especially considering that so many competitor's EV's include it in gorgeous full color 3D. Come on Kia, you've gotta be listening!

I have a gt so I lost all those things already, which was my point, I think route planning is that important I would rather get route planning than all of them back.
