Installed the ShiftPower USA Throttle Response Controller in my EV6. Overall I'm happy with it. While you don't really see faster 0-60 times, it does allow you fully customize the throttle response which makes a BIG difference in the way the car drives. I found it particularly good to use for Eco and Normal mode. It also has a lock feature and a valet mode which is nice. For less than $200 it's a pretty solid modification.
