Just got the car and whilst parking charging thought I'd sent this up. Download the app from Google... What car says system not operational at this time, might it be because I'm on charge?

Here, you need to download the app to your phone and set up an account with your car's VIN. I had to call Kia because they didn't have the car fully registered to my name yet, but once you've had it a week or so I'd imagine they have that squared away.

My sales person setup my Kia connect account before even picking it up so having the app installed everything worked right away. She was on the ball.
