You hopefully should do because to get it by late Feb 2023 it would have to be on a boat immediately, if not already as it's approximately 8 weeks at sea and 2 weeks to unload, PDI and deliver to the dealership, easy way to find out is ask your dealer for the cars Vin No, if it has been built or is being built the dealer will be able to confirm this.
Glad some people don't wait to long, but for some it's been a long wait and I am expecting mine will be 14+ months by the time I see it, keep us updated 👍

Thanks Ianw68. That does sound promising. I'll let you know whether it turns out to be the case! Not sure I'll be able to contact the dealer directly as I am getting it through Lex as a company car, and lines of communication are "flakey" at best

I also have to go through Lex, (Company Car scheme) and their communication is terrible. I ordered a GT Line in Silver in February 2022, and was told by the local dealer to expect a delivery in around 6 months. Lex then told me it would be January 2023, 11 months. Since then the silver colour has been withdrawn and I had to choose another colour, and was told this would not bump me down the queue, but now delivery date has been deferred twice and now it is quoted as the end of October 2023. A full 18 months after initial order.

I ordered a EV6 GTS, RWD, Blue April 2022 estimate Jan/Feb 2023. But no VIN number yet, so definitely after March

Same boat here (excuse pun) company car ordered June 2022 and told mid March, Lex is also who it is coming from

With no disrespect to you, it’s this kind of thing that’s pissing me off. How can my order for the very exact spec and colour made in October ‘21 be nowhere near any build and yours be on the way?

I may be wrong, but i am not aware of anyone else on this forum awaiting at least a build date for an october 2021 order... unless they ordered a EV6 GT.

Have you marched into your dealer and demanded you see their screen update ?

Just had a call from the dealer (13/1/2022) They have said that I should take delivery (Yacht Blue GTLS AWD) on 6th March
Just hope that there will be no further disappointment from Kia

Mine does not have HP, so that may be the sticking point on your order. However, there does not appear to be any real logic to the KIA production schedule.
Probably more chance of predicting the Lottery numbers as to a delivery date

That would make sense, but then other orders placed after mine with heat pump have had confirmation so surely that heat pump could have been used in my order? (He says without any understanding of how the factory process works...)
I think you're right on the lottery numbers front, it's definitely as random!

Gt Line S AWD (Yacht Blue) ordered April 22, originally was told Jan 23 delivery then got bumped to end of Q1 delivery March? and then got told by dealer last week its now end of Q2 June latest but not holding my breath tbh!

So F** frustrating!!!

Well, this gets more of a farce everyday. Yacht Blue, GTLS, RWD, ordered October ‘21 with original quote of April ‘22, moving out to Dec ‘22, then end of December told March ‘23, latest information is end of May ‘23. I really couldn’t care less now 🙄

Do you have an HP too? Otherwise your order is the same as mine and my car was built in Dec and is on a ship slowly making its way to me.

I know how you feel - continually told different later dates by Kia Dealer and only when I chased them, not them proactively updating me. I was at the point of looking at I-Pace and E-tron's ready to cancel my order. I phoned for a final update, ready to be fobbed off again, and was told it would be delivered 5th March. Kia communication is lacking, to say the least

God knows but I’m evidently not the only one. What is pissing me off proper though, I parked up next to a guy and we chatted: same model, same spec, same colour, ordered February 2022 and has his bloody car!
