I looked through the settings and have not found a way to change from mi/KWh to Wh/mi or even KWh/100mi. Does anyone know if it is possible and if so, how? I swear I've seen similar for Km in European specs on youtube.

Thank you for the help. In case anyone comes across this post wondering the same thing, you can only show KWh/100Km vs Km/KWh or mi/KWh if the units are set to Km instead of mi. If you have it set to miles for units the option to change the efficiency breakdown goes away.
