wife wants ev, brother has tesla model 3 and neighbor has mach e...research makes me believe the ev6 may be the best option in 2022 available in Minnesota...ev's in very limited supply in MN...Was very surprised to get picked for one of 1500 first editions. Local dealership has 10 customers selected to have option of purchasing one of them.

Hello jlw, I'm your neighbor here in South Dakota and go to the Twin Cities often!
I am curious where you reserved your first Edition? I tried talking to Barnett Kia where I purchased my current Kia and they stated that they did not want to participate in the First Edition program. So I have mine (matte grey) reserved in Sioux Falls.

Long time (30 years) customer of Bloomington Luther Infiniti so chose the Luther Kia dealership in Bloomington that is next too the Infiniti dealership. They were very nice at Kia dealership: they confirmed my reservation number with Kia, and told they would keep me posted on any information they receive..They commented that they would be surprised to see them before late February or March. Hopefully Kia will provide their dealerships with an EV6 soon for customers to check out.
