After realizing I suffer from the well known death of the 12V battery issue, i figure it's time to replace the lead acid battery with an AGM.
My KIA EV6 is registered as a Taxi in Norway (Scandinavia, not the US), I've driven more than 252000 km as of now (EV6 Exclusive LR AWD 2022). The Kia Ev6 is a darned good car, I've had no problems except this 12V battery issue (so far).
The wet (lead acid) 12V battery has been replaced 2 times now. The first time, the local dealer replaced the OEM battery with a larger one (62Ah) of type Sonnak (which basically is Exide), under warranty of KIA.
The second time, they replaced the sonnak battery with a identical sonnak (SB620).
Anyway, now the second replaced battery is close to death, I need to be very careful how I handle the car. After recharging the HV battery over night (7wK/11kW AC), i often find that the 12v battery does not have enough power to start the vehicle, lately every day or every other day.
Anyway, since I'm in Europe (Scandinavia to be exact), ordering AGM's from the US is quite a costly affair (when it comes to shipping and import taxes), so I would like to ask here if there is any reason why these "local" AGM batteries should NOT fit my EV6?
If I'm not totally off course then i think both should fit the EV6.
