I was at my dealer getting my state inspection the other day and limp mode TSB applied. I'm walking their lot checking out a 2025 GT-Line. Almost $61k (before TTL) for a RWD?!?! Is COVID back??? No dealer markup. Just floor mats and mud guards, but a $1475 "freight and handling" charge (they didn't charge this much when it was built in Korea and shipped over)! The sales guy said he would negotiate, but from what I'm seeing online it's not much...maybe another $3k max on top of the tax credit. (EDIT: not a RWD, Monroney sticker is awkwardly typed)
I walked around this Georgia-built EV6 and there are panel gap issues.
Compare left and right side, especially the area where the four gaps converge.
Then there's stuff like reflectors and other pop-ins not sitting flush. The refresh has a rear fender reflector that extends down into the wheelwelll -not flush with the fender body, here.
Buyer beware. Who knows where else quality has been affected now that it's built in Georgia. I'm sure they'll work out the issues in time, but make sure to check everything before signing.
