I would like to have this too. The trick I have used so far is to setup my drive mode with the same characteristics as eco and when I start the car I only have to push the Mode button twice.

Thanks all. We have just thrown out our electric Corsa, good riddance, it did make about 10% difference in range if ECO was engaged. We will test to see what the difference on the EV3.
