I noticed the site/app wasn't working for a few hours yesterday and now both the app and the website info isn't up to date anymore. wrong % of battery showing (old info) and none of the remote stuff works.

anyone else?

No issues here. Just opened it and refreshed car status. But I'm an EV6 owner.

It kinda seems like the EV9 crowd is having a less reliable experience across the board where vehicle colors and statistics and other features aren't fully working. I am fairly confident they should iron out those issues but it's frustrating it takes them so long.

Same here, tried to do a remote climate start twice, failed 2x. Also been trying to delete EV6 from app since I traded it for an EV9, no joy there either, called Customer care last week, they couldn't figure it out, tech is supposed to contact me, prolly tell me to delete app and start over....the usual fix for their problems.

Is the access app going down a frequent issue? We just got our EV6 about a week ago and noticed the app problem yesterday—which affected our TOU charging reimbursement last night as even though car charged the charging time and kWh didn’t get recorded and thus can’t prove to utility that we charged

mine has been down for a while but since the 9th seems accurate. Calling Kia support will have you doing the reset button procedure which does not work (I tried it) and they will want you to delete and reinstall the app which I am hesitant to do since I don't remember my account or password (all saved on the computer) In this age of Over The Air Updates why is this taking so long and why the lack of notifications?

pulled the fuse for about 15 seconds, did not restart the car, opened the app and banner still there but locking and unlocking works and after refreshing the app a couple of times the error banner went away. So yeah this works. Also no need for a needle nose pliers, a fuse puller is on the fuse panel cover it is a white plastic that looks like a tweezer.

Same here, removed fuse for 10-15 seconds, reinstalled, app worked fine within a few minutes except the FUBAR banner didn't disappear, still there now ½ hr later.

I can also CONFIRM that pulling the 7.5amp "Wireless DCU" fuse, the third down on the second row, did the trick... app now has control : )

left the fuse out for maybe 30 seconds...

also, your fuse panel cover also includes a fuse 'puller' tool...
