Close the app and login again.
Tried that already. It appears to "succeed" updating the data from the car, but no change. Remote unlock command times out. I have not started/driven the car again yet, don't know if that would make a difference but I imagine not. I'll be taking it to the dealer on Saturday for recall updates and that missing bolt thing. I'll mention it and see what happens after.

It makes no difference in driving - only with 'remote' commands, which we can all do without and still won't die.

Oh sure, i'm not freaking out about it. Practically the only thing I do with it on a routine basis is check my battery if I don't remember my charge level. Pre-starting the climate control is nice but in a year, I've used that maybe 3 or 4 times total.

OK, can confirm that pulling the "Wireless DCU" fuse for 30 minutes with the car off, then putting it back in and starting the car worked for me as well. Finally!
Just an FYI to anyone doing this. You don't have to leave the fuse out for that long. I put it back after about 30 seconds, and that was enough.

pulled the fuse for about 15 seconds, did not restart the car, opened the app and banner still there but locking and unlocking works and after refreshing the app a couple of times the error banner went away. So yeah this works. Also no need for a needle nose pliers, a fuse puller is on the fuse panel cover it is a white plastic that looks like a tweezer.

Same here, removed fuse for 10-15 seconds, reinstalled, app worked fine within a few minutes except the FUBAR banner didn't disappear, still there now ½ hr later.

I can also CONFIRM that pulling the 7.5amp "Wireless DCU" fuse, the third down on the second row, did the trick... app now has control : )

left the fuse out for maybe 30 seconds...

also, your fuse panel cover also includes a fuse 'puller' tool...

A simple 12V disconnect/re-connect also works. No need to search for any fuses, just pop the frunk and get to work with a 10mm on the negative terminal for 5 seconds.

The app went out for me again yesterday, but then came back after an hour or two. Wouldn't even allow logins.

I find the fuse easier than disconnecting the battery, but good to know they both work.
